Help families take action when it matters most

Social ABCs coaches guide parents of toddlers through one of the most important windows in their child's development. If you have a background working with young children and families, we'll give you everything else you need.

The role

Your role as a Social ABCs coach

As a Social ABCs coach, you work directly with families online — leading weekly sessions, reviewing short video clips that parents share between sessions, and helping caregivers build practical strategies into their everyday routines at home.

You're not delivering therapy. You're coaching parents — helping them understand their child, build their confidence, and put evidence-based strategies into practice. It's structured, meaningful work with a clear framework behind it.

All coaching is delivered online. Sessions are scheduled in advance, and you manage your own caseload within the platform.

Who we're looking for

Who we're looking for

We're looking for people who already know how to connect with young children and families. Specific credentials matter less than real-world experience and the right instincts.

Good fits include

  • Early Childhood Educators (ECEs)
  • Graduates or students in child development, psychology, or a related field
  • Special education backgrounds
  • Family support workers or early intervention workers
  • Others with direct, hands-on experience with children under five and their families

You must

  • Be located in Canada
  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
  • Be comfortable working entirely online via video
What we provide

We'll train you

Social ABCs has a precise, structured protocol — and we'll train you in it fully before you work with any family.

Before you go live, you'll complete a structured certification process led by our Head Coach. You'll continue to receive supervision and ongoing calibration as part of your practice.

No prior experience with Social ABCs is required. The right background and the willingness to learn it properly are what matter.
